Please contact us immediately if you are unable to attend your appointment so we can allocate that space to another client on our waiting list. Should you not contact us to reschedule, and not turn up at all, you will still be liable for the full amount. If you are running late, we may not be able to provide you with all the services requested, and may be forced to reduce your treatment time so we can continue to run on time, and the full price may still be charged.
